We were introduced to Joe when we were looking to build on a block of land we purchased as an investment.
Our original idea was to put a house with a granny flat at the back.
Joe showed us a duplex he had just built for consideration as an alternative. The layout, the quality of the finishes and the workmanship was exactly what we wanted.
After ensuring that a duplex was allowed on the block we commissioned Joe to build for
us. Our instructions were simple but in the wrong hands very risky.

There were quite a few small changes required due to council requirements etc. and Joe consulted with us each step of the way. We also had regular progress updates on the phone as we live 200kms away.
